2 stray kids has been captured here in P-3 Lower Rizal by Bishop Felizardo G. Yabo Chairman of Rizal's New Jerusalem Foundation Inc. This kids are from P-5 Dullan Sur. They were abandoned by their elder sister and there were bruises in the child's body.
Since yesterday, the kids haven't eaten food. Luckily they are in the good hands of Bishop Felizardo G. Yabo. They were given food to eat as the kids are weak due to hungriness. They were then turned over to the Barangay Officials to be pass on and settled by the DSWD.

Cassava Production Harvest
Through Bishop Felizardo G. Yabo, Chairman of the Foundation, this Maroon Farm Cassava Production has been made possible. This video shows the Cassava Production Harvest. From harvesting of cassava crops, peeling of cassava, chopped cassava until its dried and keep safe. The aim of Agriculture Production is to enable the access of nutritious food. Beneficiaries/Cultivators of Agriculture Crops work hard for the production to achieve the best harvest by the Grace of God. This are is located at P-3 Lower Rizal, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental.

Maroon Farm also engaged with Corn Production. We are grateful for the guidance of our Bishop Felizardo G. Yabo in this Corn Production through provision of techniques to achieve best harvest. Beneficiaries working for this Production are the Members of United Christian Church in the New Jerusalem Association who unites in working for the said Production until the Harvest of such production.

These people you saw today are the ones who attended the seminar and lectures of Bishop Felizardo G. Yabo. They became members of the United Christian Church in the New Jerusalem Association Inc. Bishop saw that they really needed all kinds of help. That is why Bishop Felizardo G. Yabo is trying to establish a private foundation here in the Philippines.
Today we are knocking on your heart hoping that you will see the hardship in people. We are looking for the right person that can feel our needs and purpose. That's why we are begging you now that we are asking for your financial assistance so that we can continue with our program for these people.
SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM
Due to high prices of commodities, poor families cannot afford to eat three times a day. The absence of financial ability to buy food leads to poor health and malnutrition. One of the mission of Rizal's New Jerusalem Foundation Inc. is to help and extreme poverty and hunger. Government aid is not enough to support the needs of the public. One of the targeted programs of the foundation is Supplementary Feeding Program to aid hunger and malnutrition to help our local government, Let us save hungered and malnourished children beneficiaries. You can expect that your donations will be directed to the beneficiaries. We are registered and licensed Community-Based Social Welfare Agency. You can really trust this foundation.
V. GENERAL POLICIES
The General Policies of Rizal’s New Jerusalem Foundation Inc. Implemented by Bishop Felizardo G. Yabo, the President and Chief Executive Officer
-Directives from the President and Chairman shall be promulgated, implemented and exercise. Every action shall be referred to the chairman and shall be done with his due approval.
-The agency shall not receive donation and funds coming from illegal activities and syndicate. Any illegal undertakings are prohibited in the agency. Financial transactions shall be reported with transparency and reliability.
-Peace and Order shall be maintain across the agency. Cleanliness and Organization shall be observed. It is strongly mandated to have unity and consultation among members and staff.
-Staff and members shall possess good moral values and wear appropriate attire.
- Programs and services shall be examined and approved by the President and Chairman. Programs and Services shall be directed to the beneficiaries.
POLICIES FOR THE BENEFICIARIES AND PARENTS
-The Beneficiaries shall be selected and accepted through profiling and screening.
-Beneficiaries shall maintain good values and shall not abuse their opportunity as beneficiaries of the foundation.
-Beneficiaries shall be present during the program and attend the orientation and counseling.
-Beneficiaries shall comply with the guidelines of the program. Failure to comply with the standards and policies of the Foundation, shall be ground for termination as beneficiary.
-Parents shall attend orientation seminars and counselling. Parents shall observe and maintain cleanliness inside the organization.
-Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages is strongly prohibited.
-Parents shall monitor and conduct discipline, instill good morals and values and especially show their love and care to their children.
-Parents shall comply with the implementing guidelines of the program. Failure to comply with the rules and policies of the Foundation shall cause for termination and cancellation of the beneficiary.
SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE PROGRAM
Despite rain or shine, our poor farmers strive hard to earn for food. We are very grateful to the farmers because of their hard work and suffering , we are able to eat the produce of the land. Amidst rain and strong heat they continue tp plant and cultivate the land. As our reward for their hard work, we must not forget to help and value our hardworking farmers. Farmers provide food for other families. Let us help Farmers suffering along extreme poverty. Let us save our poor farmers.
BUILDING HOMES FOR A CAUSE
This Foundation was born to help our government , because the Government support is not enough to afford to help the poor and the needy today. Nowadays there are many people in need, especially those affected by the calamity who have not been able to return to their homes. Because of poverty , they cannot build a new house beccause their house was washed away and damaged by the flood. In addition to this, due to poverty they have very poor homes.It's really sad to see their house and poor living situations.
BENEFICIARIES
The Rizal's New Jerusalem Foundation Inc. is for the general welfare of the Filipinos. The prime beneficiaries of this social welfare agency are individuals and families in our community who are in crisis situation in order for them to sustain the basic daily needs of their families such as food and shelter and especially the persons with disabilities. Additionally, it seeks to extend programs and services to the youth who are the hope of our Fatherland to teach them moral values, keep them away from immoral doings and especially guide them to the path of God. SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM
One of the projects of the foundation is to provide nutrition services among children which is very essential for their growth and development. In line with Millennium Development Goal No. 1 of the United Nations, it is the mission of the foundation to help eradicate extreme poverty and hunger To start the implementation of programs and services the foundation will begin to conduct Supplemental Feeding Program, as duly approved by the board of trustees. It is an essential program to aid undernourishment and malnutrition among children. It would also play vital role to help our local government combat malnutrition especially the City ranks as Top 1 with most Underweight and Severe Underweight in the region. The Feeding Program of the Foundation will be held at P-3 Lower Rizal, Oroquieta City. The feeding program would be consists of beneficiaries from 7-14 years old who are undernourished and at risk of malnutrition. It would be composed of a one complete meal and afternoon snack during the scheduled day of feeding, meals and snacks shall vary according to age.
